This 41' Commander has 2 state rooms with twin 310hp 454 closed cooling system, completely reman. with list of all components-balanced. New in July 2006. New Westerbeak 7.0KW generator in June 2007. 2 new aluminum fuel tanks w/ gauges, 250 gallons. Props were polished & balanced. Original porcelain marine heads completely rebuilt w/ all new waste lines. Newly painted bottom, sandblasted w/ 2 coats of barrier coat. New cockpit carpet-new floor covering throughout-90% of cabin floor is hardwood teak. New custom made mattress. Stove, oven, full size refrigerator. Battery charger, depth finder. Central air & heat, new hot water heater. Only small amount of teak on outside of boat, all in excellent condition. This boat has never been in salt water.
